Eiro Systems is a digital solutions company that designs and builds custom websites, automation systems, digital tools, and business integrations. Our services are technology services — they do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading services.

2. Scope of work

Each project is scoped individually based on your requirements. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins. Any changes to scope may affect pricing and timeline.

3. Payment terms

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Payment structure is outlined in your project proposal:

Project fees are due as specified in the proposal
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated
Ongoing maintenance or support plans are billed separately

4. Deliverables and ownership

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom-built system, website, or tool as specified in your project scope. Eiro Systems retains the right to use general techniques, methods, and knowledge gained during the project.

5. Acceptable use

Systems and tools we build for you must be used for lawful purposes only. You may not use our deliverables to violate any applicable laws or regulations, distribute harmful software, or misrepresent the origin of the system.

6. Disclaimer

Eiro Systems builds digital systems and tools as a technology service provider. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue results. Our systems are tools — results depend on your use, market conditions, and business context.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eiro Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of systems we build. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project.

8. Refunds

If you cancel before work begins, you receive a full refund. If you cancel during a project, you are charged only for work completed. Once delivered and approved, project fees are non-refundable. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you have concerns.

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
