Welcome to Eiro Systems. By purchasing an AI Support Chat plan or using any system we build and install for you, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Eiro Systems is a trading name of K2026174513 (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa (registration number K2026174513). We provide AI support chat setup, training, hosting, and installation services. Our services are technology services — they do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading services.
We sell one product — AI Support Chat — in three fixed packages (Starter Annual, Pro Annual, and Self-hosted). The scope of each package, including message limits, branding, content updates, and support window, is listed on our Pricing page and is what you purchase when you check out. Any work beyond the package scope requires a separate agreement.
Payments are processed securely through Yoco, our payment provider. We do not store card details. Payment structure:
On Starter Annual and Pro Annual, you receive a hosted AI Support Chat widget running on our infrastructure for 12 months, along with a single script tag to embed in your website. You own the knowledge base content you provided. On Self-hosted, upon full payment you receive the full source code, which we install on your own server and hand over to you to run going forward. Eiro Systems retains the right to use general techniques, methods, and knowledge gained during the install.
Eiro Systems provides technology builds, integrations, and configuration services. Following delivery and handover of a project, the client is solely responsible for the lawful use of the system, including the legality, accuracy, licensing, and compliance of any content, data, customer information, or third-party material processed through the system. The client is responsible for obtaining any consents, permissions, or regulatory approvals required to operate the delivered system in their jurisdiction.
Systems and tools we build for you must be used for lawful purposes only. You may not use our deliverables to violate any applicable laws or regulations, distribute harmful software, send unsolicited bulk communications, scrape data without authorisation, or misrepresent the origin of the system.
Eiro Systems builds digital systems and tools as a technology service provider. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue results. Our systems are tools — results depend on your use, market conditions, and business context.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eiro Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of systems we build. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project.
If you cancel before we start setup, you receive a full refund within 5–7 business days. If you cancel during setup, you are charged only for work completed to date. After install, annual plans (Starter and Pro) are pro-rated by months used — cancel anytime and we refund the unused months. Self-hosted is non-refundable once the source code has been handed over to you, as you own the code at that point. Email info@eirosystems.com with your order reference to request a refund.
We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
