Welcome to Eiro Systems. By creating an account, subscribing to an AI Support Chat plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Eiro Systems is a trading name of K2026174513 (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa (registration number K2026174513). We provide AI Support Chat: a hosted AI assistant that answers questions from visitors to your website using a knowledge base built from content you provide. Our services are technology services — they do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading services.
AI Support Chat is sold as a subscription in three plans (Starter, Growth and Business). Each plan includes a monthly allowance of conversations, listed on our Pricing page. A conversation is one visitor's chat session in a calendar month, however many messages it contains. When a plan's monthly allowance is used up, the assistant stops answering on your site until the next month or until you upgrade. Any work beyond the plan requires a separate agreement.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Whop. We never see or store your card details. Payment structure:
Your assistant answers on your website only while your subscription is paid up. If a renewal fails, we may keep it running for a few days while payment is retried, after which it stops until payment is made.
You receive a hosted AI Support Chat widget running on our infrastructure for as long as your subscription is active, along with a script tag to embed in your website. You own the content you provide and the knowledge base built from it. You confirm that you have the right to use that content, including any website you ask us to read. Eiro Systems retains ownership of the software and may use general techniques and knowledge gained in running the service.
The assistant generates answers with artificial intelligence based on your knowledge base. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking that your knowledge base is accurate and up to date, and for the lawful use of the assistant on your website, including any notices or consents your visitors need under the laws that apply to you. The assistant always identifies itself as an AI.
The service must be used for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to violate any applicable laws or regulations, distribute harmful software, send unsolicited bulk communications, collect data without authorisation, mislead visitors about who they are dealing with, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security controls.
We provide the service as a technology tool. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue results. Results depend on your content, your use of the service, and your business context.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eiro Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7-day money-back guarantee: if you ask within 7 days of your first payment for a business, we refund that payment in full, monthly or yearly.
Monthly plans: cancel anytime. Your assistant keeps answering until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Yearly plans: after the first 7 days, cancel anytime and we refund the unused whole months.
To cancel or request a refund, email info@eirosystems.com from your account email, or use the contact form. Refunds are paid to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
We may update these terms or our prices with reasonable notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Price changes apply from your next billing period after the notice.
